On the 31st of October, 2015 Zolocrust started with the first of its kind, bold and unconventional concept in Clarks Amer, Jaipur.
Our restaurant is the first of its kind in India, where our chefs are at the forefront and always at your service. Our restaurant is run 24x7 only by chefs. Our chefs do everything from taking your order, preparing it, serving you, cleaning, and even the dishwashing.
Zolocrust is not just a live kitchen. We do not have a back area, and we believe in our quality so much so that even the dishwashing area is kept open for your visibility.
Our chefs are equipped with state-of-the-art technology so that the food that reaches you is no less than a work of art.
We have installed a fully equipped poly-house (within the hotel campus) where we grow most of the vegetables used (including all the rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes, basil and broccoli) at our restaurant, so you can be rest assured of the freshness of what you're eating.
